Balance not received in e-payment.
After requesting RTGS/NEFT for lease, it goes to HDFC Bank, Mumbai account.
Therefore, kindly wait for 12-24 hours after requesting for RTGS/NEFT.
Your payment will be processed in 12-24 hours.
Incase your payment does not reflect on the CGM Website than kindly e-mail your lease code / UTR Number / Payment Date / Bank Name / Bank Slip (Scan copy) / Amount Deposited / Mobile Number on cgm.gnr@gmail.com.
After verification of the payment details in bank, you will receive a notification about it via e-mail.
Not able to login into All Time Royalty Pass (ATR) or e-delivery challan.
There is a secure password policy for login in ATR.
If you enter incorrect password more than 5 times, than your account will be locked automatically.
Incase if your account gets locked than you will have to e-mail it on cgm.gnr@gmail.com. If you want to reset password than you will have to mention the same in e-mail.
After verification of the details sent in e-mail, reply will be sent to the sender.
If your account is locked from District office, than you will receive reply for it. After that you will have to contact district court.
Problems in e-delivery challan stock.
Incase, if you are facing problems in e-delivery challan stock, than the concern should try to gain balance by checking all reports.
Even after that, if you do not receive the balance, than kindly send an e-mail with your Stockist Code / Month / Year / in which stock there is a problem on the e-mail id cgm.gnr@gmail.com.
E-return month is not open.
E-return will be open on 1st of every month and will be locked by itself on 8th of every month.
If you are facing issue in filing e-return, than kindly send an e-mail mentioning Lease code / Month / Year on cgm.gnr@gmail.com.
You will receive notification via e-mail after the verification of case registered.
Please note that no e-return can be filed after 8th of any month.
Server Down.
For your information, server is never down.
Incase if there is any updation in server than you will be notified about it through the flex message on website.
You will receive an error incase if there is no connectivity.
Error in printing All Time Royalty Pass or e-delivery challan.
If there is an error displayed as “Server Error in CGM-ATR” while printing than the user not print document for a while.
If there is below error while printing than click “F5” after which you can print the document if the report is generated and if the report is not generated than stop printing for a while.
You can print royalty pass twice.
